学费支付与退还Tuition Payment and Refund

应在报到注册时缴纳学费,学历生按学年一次性支付,非学历生按学习期限一次性支付。

Students should pay their tuition fees when registering. Degree students pay a one-time fee for the academic year and non-degree students pay a one-time fee for the period of study.

学历生在正常学制期限内,老生应在新学期开始之前缴纳学费,按学年支付,延长学籍期限内,学费可按学年或学分支付。

Within the normal academic term, degree students should pay their tuition fees for one academic year before the new term. While during the extensive period of school status, tuition fees can be paid according to school year or course credits.

学费支付可以使用现金或中国农业银行储蓄卡。

Tuition can be paid in cash or by the deposit card of Agricultural Bank of China.

申请并办完退学手续的学生可按以下标准申请学费退还:

Students who apply for and complete the procedures for withdrawal may apply for refund of tuition fees according to the following criteria:

开学前完成退学手续的,学费全额退还;

The full tuition fee will be returned if the refund procedures are completed before the semester begins.

开学后两周内完成退学手续的,学费退还75%

75% of the tuition fee will be returned if the refund procedures are completed within two weeks after the semester begins.

开学后三周内完成退学手续的,学费退还50%

50% of the tuition fee shall be returned if the refund procedures are completed within three weeks after the semester begins.

开学三周后退学的,学费不予退还。

The tuition will be non-refundable if the application for withdrawal is after three weeks of the semester beginning.
